What we do & how we do it..
Intention
Â
A Transformational Approach to Training
At TP Institute, our mission is to train highly skilled, self-aware, and deeply grounded practitioners in Transpersonal Psychology—coaches, counsellors, and therapists capable of meaningful, transformative work.
Through direct experience of the body, emotions, and mind, students develop the resilience, awareness, and maturity required to support real change—within themselves and their clients.
Â
Ethos
Â
Embodied Change, Not Just Knowledge
We believe that transformation is not achieved through theory alone, but through lived experience.
Students are trained to cultivate presence, awareness, and the ability to hold space—allowing change to emerge organically within the client relationship.
Through sustained practice, emotional depth, and repetition, our graduates develop:
- Confidence and clarity
- Attunement and compassion
- The capacity to guide meaningful transformation
Inspired by Mahatma Gandhi and Carlos Castaneda, we walk a path of practice, integrity, and heart.
Mythos
 Â
Integrating East & West
Our work draws from both Eastern and Western traditions, integrating philosophy, psychology, and symbolic frameworks that explore human consciousness and development.
Students engage with:
- Archetypal and depth psychological models
- Tantric chakra systems and energetic frameworks
- Philosophies of balance, polarity, and integration
This process supports the movement from fragmentation to wholeness, balance, and individuation
Approaches
Â
Training the Practitioner from the Inside Out
Rather than simply teaching techniques, we focus on the development of the practitioner.
By cultivating awareness, resilience, and internal balance, students learn to work with clients from a place of grounded presence and authenticity.
This “inside-out” model develops practitioners who can:
- Hold complexity and depth
- Navigate psychological processes with confidence
- Facilitate lasting transformation
