Summary
The 1-Year Transpersonal Coaching Program is designed for personal growth and professional development, integrating experience, tools, and techniques to establish a new career in Transpersonal Psychology Coaching. The 11-month curriculum accommodates a student’s busy schedule — balancing work, study, and life — while offering flexible and gradual payment options.
The syllabus combines live, in-the-room experiential learning with interactive reflection, sharing and theoretical integration. It draws upon Eastern philosophical models and modalities alongside Western Transpersonal Depth Psychology. Student outcomes include deepened psycho-spiritual awareness, a structured methodology for 1-to-1 client work, and the opportunity to earn an accredited professional qualification as a Transpersonal Psychology Coach.

- Accreditation — Graduates receive a Transpersonal Psychology Coaching qualification, licensed and registered with the International Association of Coaches, Therapists and Mentors (IACTM), Zurich.
- 1 Year of Tuition — 12 Live weekends (192 hours) + 38 Online Tuesday sessions (114 hours)= 306 hrs Total
- Transpersonal (TP) Therapy Requirement — Weekly or bi-weekly 1-to-1 Transpersonal Psychotherapy sessions with an approved Transpersonal Psychotherapist or Counsellor (approx. 40 sessions per academic year).

Content Overview
Each months, students will experience transpersonal psychology theory and inner inquiry work, relating to eastern theories such as Taoist and Traditional Chinese Meridian (TCM) models and the Tantric Chakras and Elements. This will be in combination with archetypal theories western transpersonal thought leaders of Carl Jung and the humanist TP coaching approaches of Carl Rogers.
Students also receive training in established therapeutic techniques and practices, including: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique); CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy); Gestalt Therapy; Parts Work; Meditation, Yoga, Breathwork, Somatic Exercises, and Partner/Group Work.
Weekly online sessions focus on coaching methodology, ethics and protocol, transpersonal approaches, and interactive Q&A.

Live study hours: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
Online study hours: 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
In most cases, live weekends will take place on the first weekend of each month.

Cost and Payment Options
The cost of the 1-Year Transpersonal Psychology Coaching Program is £6,875.
Payment can be made in full at the beginning of the course, or more commonly, as an interest free arrangement, structured as follows:
- £500 non-refundable deposit to secure a place and application. Fully refundable if application is unsuccessful.
- £1,000 initial payment required one week before the start of the course.
- Monthly payment options: £258 over 15 months, or £352 over 11 months.
- £1,500 graduation fee due upon course completion (required to receive full certification).
Entry Requirements
Prospective students are required to have completed secondary or high school education to GCSE or O Level standard (or equivalent). Proof of education may be requested as part of the application process.
If there have been any interruptions, breaks, or special circumstances in your educational history, you will have the opportunity to outline these in the In-Depth Application Form for individual consideration.

Application Process
Step 1: Submit your selected course Application Form along with a fully refundable £500 Deposit of Intention to secure your place on the course.
Step 2: This will initiate the next stage, where you will receive two questionnaires — the ‘Life’ and ‘Lineage’ forms — along with the In-Depth Application Form. All 3 documents should be completed and returned together.
Step 3: Once your forms have been received and reviewed, and upon initial approval, you will be invited to attend two 45-minute interviews — one with Jamie Clarke and another with Lois Pimentel. These interviews should be completed within a three-week window from the time of receipt of the 3 forms.
Step 4: Following the interviews, applicants will be notified of their acceptance and provided with full details of the payment terms and responsibilities. Students will then be a financial commitment form with the terms of payment for their particular course.
If, for any reason, an applicant is not accepted, the £500 Deposit of Intention, will be fully refunded immediately.
